Learning outcomes: know the main stages of formation and development of the theory of stakeholders as participants in the communication process; • Definition genesis and essence of the concept of "stakeholder"; • master the methodology stakeholder analysis; • be able to identify steyholderiv, identify their interests, according to which paint their role in the success of the project, plan strategy for interaction with stakeholders, define ways of implementing planned strategies and analyze the results; - be able to make a communication plan and methods of communication in projects.

Summary of the subject: A key factor in the success of any business is the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the external and internal environment. Inability to build such relations leads to the loss of markets, underfunding of development processes, lack of motivation among staff, loss of access to key resources, pressure from public authorities and society. That is why every company should correctly identify major stakeholders and coordinate their actions with their interests. The organization of interaction with stakeholders: Fundamentals of the stakeholders’ theory. Methodological approaches to the analysis of the project stakeholders and organizations interact with them. Stakeholder’s classification. The value of the interests of stakeholders in the management of the company. Conflicts of stakeholders expectations. Stakeholders and the power relations in strategic management. Influence of stakeholders on the strategic process and the related decision-making. Model choosing strategies of interaction with stakeholders. Management of the stakeholders relationships. Evaluation of interaction and the coordination of interests of stakeholders.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control - laboratory work (30%). The final control (70% control measure - the test): a written component (60%), of the oral component (10%).
