Learning outcomes: - Demonstrate the ability to work with geodetic instruments and use topographic materials to design and build construction sites and utilities. - Use and develop technical documentation, including the use of modern information technology. - Assess the impact of climatic, engineering, geological and environmental characteristics of the construction site in the design and construction of construction sites. - To determine and evaluate the load and stress-strain state of soil foundations and load-bearing structures of buildings (structures), including with the use of modern information technologies. - Adhere to modern requirements of regulatory documentation in the field of construction. - Ensure reliable and safe operation of building structures of buildings, structures and utilities. - apply knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, purpose and rules of operation of equipment and facilities to solve technical problems of the specialty; - search for information in various sources to solve problems of the specialty; - work effectively both individually and as a team; - identify, classify and describe the operation of systems and their components; - to combine theory and practice, as well as to make decisions and develop a strategy for solving problems of the specialty (specialization), taking into account universal values, social, state and industrial interests; - perform appropriate experimental research and apply research skills on professional topics;

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline involves the study of the following sections: installation technology, buildings with atypical structures; installation of high-rise buildings; membrane and cable hanging coatings; insulation of building structures and structures; special types of waterproofing; heat and sound insulation of structures; providing insulation of structures and structures during construction and reconstruction; finishing works in the conditions of modern construction technology; modern materials and technologies; plastering works; facing of external and internal surfaces with modern materials; finishing of surfaces with wall-paper and films; features of the device of rolled floors; arrangement of sloping floors.
Assessment methods and criteria: •written reports on laboratory work, oral examination (20%) • final control (80% control measure, exam), written-oral form (80%)
