Мета вивчення дисципліни: The study of the theoretical foundations and regulations of the practical implementation of innovative processes of construction of buildings and structures of various purposes based on the variant selection of organizational and technological solutions (methods) using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The formation of project management skills and an analytical approach to the information support of the design process in the form of the gradual formation of a complex information system of the building according to the saturation levels of the database of the properties of the building and its constituent elements according to the levels of detail - LOD (LevelsOfDetail).
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation of the necessary in students: Integral Competencies (INT): The ability to solve complex engineering and technical and scientific research problems during professional activity in the field of construction and civil engineering, which involves the ability to perform a technical and economic comparison of technical solution options. General competencies: ZK4. Ability to make informed decisions. ZK5. Ability to evaluate and ensure the quality of work performed. Special professional competencies (SK): SK3. Ability to develop and implement projects in the field of construction and civil engineering. SK5. The ability to carry out surveys, tests, diagnostics, and calculations when solving complex problems of a research and innovation nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. SK6. Ability to build and explore models of construction and civil engineering situations, objects, and processes. SK7. The ability to use specialized computer programs when solving complex engineering problems in construction and civil engineering. Special professional competencies of a professional direction (SKP): SCP 7.1. The ability to direct one's actions to understand the behavior, wishes, and preferences of consumers and competitors in the design of innovative systems of heat and gas supply and ventilation and modernization of existing engineering systems of buildings and structures. SCP 8.4. The ability to achieve competitiveness through introducing modern, efficient equipment into explosives systems with simultaneous optimization of the price factor.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PH01. Design buildings and structures (according to specialization), including using computer design tools. PH02. Make effective design and technical decisions, considering the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation, and implementation of resource and energy-saving measures. PH04. To ensure quality in the implementation of construction and civil engineering objects. PH11. Manage complex, unpredictable construction processes that require new strategic approaches. RNS 7.1. Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding for the design and technical solutions of heating systems, taking into account the peculiarities of the construction object to identify, formulate and solve the problems of the development of heating and gas supply and ventilation systems, using known methods. RNS 7.2. Apply knowledge to solve typical problems of synthesis and analysis in gas supply systems in complex DVT systems. RNS 8.1. Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve problems of the development of explosives systems, using known methods. RNS 8.3. Systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas in the field of services for the design, installation and operation of explosives systems.

Summary of the subject: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student should know the theoretical and practical essence of the principles of BIM (Building Information Modeling) application in the modern design of construction objects and civil engineering, modeling technologies based on the use of BIM technology, mastering the skills necessary when using software packages of professional guidance, familiarization with the main areas of modern research in the field of using BIM technology in construction. In the process of teaching the discipline "BIM technology in engineering networks and structures", the basics of working with the Revit software complex are studied, and students are taught calculation and modeling of engineering systems and instill they have skills in the production of project documentation on a real basis.

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of student's knowledge in the discipline "BIM-technologies in engineering networks and structures" is carried out in the form of current controls and semester control of knowledge, which is carried out at the end of the semester. Current management is carried out during classes and laboratory work performance. Semester control is performed by test tasks in the Virtual Learning Environment of NU "LP". The total number of points obtained for the current management and the exam determines the overall grade for the subject.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
