Summary of the subject: Information management: goals, objectives and methods. Management and information infrastructure of the organization. ITIL library and standards. Information systems and information technologies in management. Organizations and planning in the information management system. Implementation and audit of information systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports on laboratory work, oral examination (40%) • final control (control measure, exam), written-oral form (60%)
