Learning outcomes: Processes of measuring environmental parameters with the help of measurement and information technologies, in particular: objects, parameters and requirements for means of environmental monitoring; methods for determining the parameters of the environment; measuring and information systems for environmental monitoring; selection of information about the integrated parameters of the environment; principles of creation of measuring and information systems of operative monitoring; principles of construction, structure and optimization of system parameters.
Required prior and related subjects: Ecological safety.
Summary of the subject: Know the basic concepts, concepts, methods and approaches used in world practice to analyze the results of data measurement and information systems in ecology. Know the techniques and practical analytical skills of measuring and information technologies. To know methods and ways of application of measuring and information systems in ecology.
Assessment methods and criteria: The current control (30%) are workshops, oral interviews and test; - The final control (70%) is an exam.
