Завдання: - the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of public administration and management or in the process of learning, which involves the application of theories and scientific methods of the relevant field and is characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions;
- ability to plan and manage time
- ability to use modern ICT in the process of preparing and implementing management decisions;
- mastering the theoretical foundations of management, legal framework for non-profit organizations, as well as mastering professional skills in planning the activities of a non-profit organization and using various forms of NGO management.
Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
- be able to search and summarize information, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations within their competence.
- apply quality control methods in the field of professional activity.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: forecasting and macroeconomic planning; economic security of the state
Co-requisites: market analysis and crisis management; territorial development planning
Summary of the subject: The concepts and types of strategies, which are used to ensure the implementation of macroeconomic planning, are considered. The main elements of strategic planning, its types and methodology of implementation are determined. The forms and methods of developing macroeconomic programs and plans, as well as ways of their introduction and implementation are described. The theoretical material of the discipline covers 6 topics that reveal the essence of the formation and implementation of state development strategies, taking into account the peculiarities of economic relations in Ukraine.
Опис: Strategy as a tool for ensuring the economic development of the state and society.
Types of strategies for the development of the state and society. Normative and legal bases of formation of strategies of development of the state and society. Technology of development of strategy of development of the state and society. Public management of Ukraine's development strategy. System of indicators for monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the development strategy of the state and society.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control - oral and written questioning, defense of laboratory work.
Examination - written and oral questioning.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: current control (40%), total control (examination): written and oral form (60%)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the component's educational material contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is assigned for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of repeating the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate while solving practical problems, ignorance of the basic fundamental provisions.
