know
- laws build processing industry equipment;
- methods of analysis and calculation accuracy of processing errors that occur during manufacturing equipment;
- ways and means of production processes, and the processes in which qualitative change is processed object;
- bases of technological processes NC;
- basic principles and methods of numerical control.
be able
- to develop the main part of technological processes of manufacture of the devices;
- to carry out basic technological calculations of production norms, modes of processing, technological devices, time standards, etc.;
- to draw up technical documentation;
- use interpolation methods, trajectory planning and coordinate transformation for CNC;
- processing algorithms to build parts on CNC machines.
Required prior and related subjects: - prerequisite: 3-D modeling of parts and assemblies;
- corequisite: microsystem energy conversion, bachelor of performance.
Summary of the subject: Concepts and definitions technologies. The production and manufacturing process. The structure of the process. Types of production. Fundamentals of processes. Choice of technological bases and route processing. Forms and methods of manufacturing processes. Common elements typical processing. Group processes. The quality of the surface. Factors affecting the surface roughness. Strengthening of the surface layer. The accuracy of processing. The main components of error handling. The statistical method of estimation accuracy. The theory-based. Errors base. Allowance for processing. Calculation of allowances. Methods of obtaining blanks. The standardization process. The calculation of basic and artificial time. Machine-tool accessories. Pneumatic and hydraulic elements. Cold pressing his views. Cutting sheet and calculation power. Calculation of the workpiece. Basis of calculation and the cliches. Machines and production processes with numerical control: design features, tools, and tool head, a flexible production system. Numerical control: structure of the system, interpolation, compensation of errors, trajectory planning, basic coordinate transformation, means of communication. Programming of CNC systems: organization programming, dimensioning, structure of programs, the adjustment of the size of the tools, routines and workflows.
