Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is the formation of students' knowledge and skills in the methodology of building a system for evaluating the performance of employees and the use of HR analytics in personnel management.
Завдання: The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements. Skills in using information and communication technologies; Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods, and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards; Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions, and ensure their implementation; The ability to organize and implement the main personnel management processes (in particular: selection, adaptation, training, development, evaluation, career management, personnel movement processes, and working time) in a digital environment using modern HRM systems.
Learning outcomes: Critically consider, select, and use the necessary scientific, methodical, and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management tasks. Be able to improve the organization's knowledge management system in the conditions of the development of the intellectual and information society. Demonstrate the ability to organize and apply basic personnel management processes (recruitment, adaptation, training, development, evaluation, career management, personnel movement processes, and working hours) in a digital environment using modern HRM systems. To develop, implement and analyze training and professional development programs for personnel, conducting training, certifications of employees, and applying tools for stimulating and retaining employees of the organization. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting. Responsible for the development of professional knowledge and practices, and assessment of the team's strategic development.

Summary of the subject: The discipline presents the basics of modern approaches and principles to the analysis of human resources used in personnel management in modern economic conditions. HR analytics as a component of the company's management system as a whole provides a basis for the development, adoption, and implementation of management decisions at the strategic, operative, and operational levels, regarding recruitment, adaptation, training, motivation, stimulation, and dismissal of hired and engaged personnel.
