Мета вивчення дисципліни: The goal of studying the discipline is the formation of students' ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve the use of optimization models in logistics activities and the implementation of innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: General competences: Skills in using information and communication technologies. Ability to generate new ideas (creativity); Special competences: Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards; Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources; Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation; Ability to manage the organization and its development. Professional competences of a professional direction: The ability to prevent inefficient use of the resource potential of the logistics system and to find reserves for improving efficiency.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes: Critically consider, choose and use the necessary scientific, methodical and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems. Ability to identify objects of logistics solutions in supply chain management, select and apply appropriate optimization methods and models. Critical understanding of problems in education and/or professional activity and at the border of subject areas. Solving complex tasks and problems, which requires updating and integrating knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. Conducting research and/or innovative activities. Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that justify them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to people who are studying. Use of foreign languages ??in professional activities. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting. Responsibility for the development of professional knowledge and practices, assessment of the team's strategic development. A capacity for further learning that is largely autonomous and self-directed.

Summary of the subject: It involves providing students with knowledge about the design methodology and criteria for optimizing logistics solutions, methods for justifying logistical solutions, software for justifying and optimizing logistics solutions, as well as the formation of practical skills for using optimization methods and models in logistics activities.

Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of monitoring the student's knowledge and skills when studying the discipline include: 1. Current control of the student's work: • solving analytical and calculation tasks; • evaluation of the performance of laboratory works; • oral examination during the defense of laboratory work. 2. Final control: Examination (written and oral component) Written component: • level 1 tasks – tests with one correct answer; • tasks of the 2nd level - tests with several correct answers; • level 3 tasks – solve problems. Oral component: • oral survey.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • Current control (45%): performance and protection of laboratory work, surveys in practical classes, performance of analytical and calculation tasks; • Final control (55%, exam): written component 40%, oral component 15%.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
