Мета вивчення дисципліни: In the conditions of the development of a legal state, knowledge of the basic provisions of forensic commodity examination is of decisive importance for the effective activity of an expert in the field of disclosure and investigation of crimes in the field of goods and services, and is also a necessary condition for the training of qualified specialists
Завдання: Tasks of the academic discipline in accordance with the educational program. The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competences in students of education: Integral: The ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of law. ZK1. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. ZK2. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level. SK6. The ability to justify and motivate legal decisions, to give detailed legal arguments. SK7. The ability to apply knowledge and understanding of the basic principles (principles) and procedures of the judiciary in Ukraine. PK5.3 The ability to understand the procedure for carrying out commodity examinations.
Learning outcomes: PH3 Collect, integrate analysis and summarize materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and other, and check them for reliability using modern research methods. PH8. Assess the reliability of information and the reliability of sources, effectively process and use information for conducting scientific research and practical activities. RNPS5.3 Knowledge and implementation of forensic and commodity examinations. Cl3 Ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility. AB2 Responsibility for contributing to professional knowledge and practice and/or evaluating the results of teams and collectives.

Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosing academic success, forms of measuring the level of knowledge acquisition in the discipline are: - oral examination in practical (seminar) classes; - presentation at practical (seminar) classes (with an abstract, report, discussion, etc.); - testing students' knowledge on the relevant topic of the lecture course; - written test (answers to theoretical questions, solving practical problems (cases), test tasks, etc.); - performance and protection of individual research task; - form of final control: differentiated credit. The final control of the level of students' knowledge is the conduct of a differentiated test, the results of which are set and equivalent to the total number of points for all types of student work during the semester. The tasks of the test include: - test tasks of different levels of difficulty, - theoretical issue of normative or problematic nature. Current control (PC) - 40 points: practical (seminar) classes, work in VNS, control work - 34 points; scientific research tasks, abstracts, reports, draft decisions, scientific publications, participation in business or simulation games, conferences, Olympiads, etc. - 6 points. Semester (final) control (60 points) - exam: test tasks of different levels of complexity, incidental tasks (tasks), theoretical questions (normative, problem, discussion direction). Written (50 points) and oral (10 points) components.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Evaluation criteria include current and final control. Current control of knowledge is an organic part of the entire educational process and serves as a means of identifying the degree of perception (assimilation) of educational material from the discipline "Forensic Commodity Expertise". Independent and individual work of students involves a purposeful search for effective methods of studying the discipline"Forensic and commercial expertise", a conscious attitude and consistency in work, the ability to use the available literature and regulatory framework, to plan one's own work. The examination is the final control of the level of students' knowledge Current control (40 points). Means of current control are: oral survey, performance of test tasks in the National Emergency Service, writing essays; reports, participation in conferences; Exam - (60 points) Tasks, according to the specifics, include: - test tasks of different levels of complexity – written component (40 points), - theoretical question of normative or problematic nature - oral component (20 points)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The semester evaluation is a summary evaluation of the PC results of all types of mandatory work provided for by the work program of the academic discipline and the control measure (examination control) Assessment of students' current performance is carried out at each seminar session on a 5-point scale and is entered in the journal of academic performance.Unpreparedness for class or an unsatisfactory answer is also subject to an appropriate evaluation and the student is assigned "0" points. The test is evaluated on a 10-point scale and is entered in the journal of academic performance. The quality of the test work is evaluated according to the following criteria: compliance of the content of the test work with the task and the requirements of the educational and methodological recommendations for its implementation; independence of solving the task; the presence of elements of a scientific and research nature. Examination control involves the performance of test and descriptive tasks (60 points).
