Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the educational discipline "Practice on drafting procedural documents" is to consolidate, expand and deepen students' knowledge of the norms of criminal procedural law of Ukraine, develop skills of independent analysis of criminal procedural law, decision-making in practical situations and mastering the methodology of drafting criminal procedural documents. The purpose of studying this discipline is to activate the analytical activity of students, to develop the skills of independent analysis of the norms of criminal procedural law, to master the method of applying theoretical knowledge and provisions of the criminal procedural law when solving practical situations, to acquire skills in drafting criminal procedural documents.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competences in the students of education. Integral competence (INT). The ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of law. General competences (CG). ZKZ Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. ZK7. Ability to make informed decisions. ZK10. Ability to develop projects and manage. Special (professional, subject) competences (SK). SK6 Ability to justify and motivate legal decisions, to give detailed legal arguments. SK10. The ability to make decisions in situations that require a systematic, logical and functional interpretation of legal norms, as well as an understanding of the peculiarities of the practice of their application. SK15. The ability to independently prepare drafts of law enforcement acts, taking into account the requirements for their legality, reasonableness and motivation. Competencies of professional direction (PC) PK3.3 Ability to draft procedural documents.
Learning outcomes: Н 1.Оцінювати природу та характер громадських процесів і явищ, і виявляти розуміння між та механізмів їх правового регулювання. РН 3.Проводити збір, інтегрований аналіз та узагальнення матеріалів з різних джерел, включаючи наукову та професійну літературу, бази даних, цифрові, статистичні, тестові та інші, та перевіряти їх на достовірність, використовуючи сучасні методи дослідження. Summary of the subject: "Workshop on drafting procedural documents " as an academic discipline refers to the fundamental, normative, obligatory, professionally-oriented legal subjects and is a leader in the training of lawyers. Academic discipline is based on a procedural law, its application and Science. It examines the current procedural legislation, investigative work and legal proceedings, the whole process of investigation during the proceedings. The trajectory of monitoring is to study the patterns and trends of the investigation process, actual problems of theory and practice of the measures of investigation, the effectiveness of procedural forms and procedural guarantees during this, especially the status of individual subjects of the investigation, the problem of human rights and freedoms during the conduct of the investigation.

Procedural documents of the investigator regarding the defender and the victim, the civil plaintiff (defendant) and their representatives. 5. Notices, subpoenas. 6. Procedural documents drawn up during the notification of suspicion. 7. Procedural documents drawn up during the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings. 8. Assessment methods and criteria: For discipline "Workshop on drafting procedural documents" means the evaluation of knowledge (training success) are: preliminary, current and final control of students knowledge. Previous control is a diagnostics entry-level knowledge, which allows to identify the level of students ' knowledge at the beginning of the discipline or at the beginning of the study of a particular topic. The form of previous control is entrance control of knowledge. It is held on the first the seminar with the aim of testing students ' knowledge obtained from the study subjects at the previous levels of education. Previous control in the type of verification and estimation of remaining knowledge is also carried out at some time in the beginning of the next seminars. Incoming control of knowledge is carried out in the form of written work with the definition of certain concepts, categories, or procedural - legal phenomena for 10 to 15 minutes at the beginning of class. The estimation of entrance control of knowledge of students is set off to the estimation for seminar or practice session. Current control knowledge is an integral part of the entire educational process and serves as a means of identifying the degree of perception (assimilation) training material on discipline "Criminal law". Evaluation of knowledge of students on the basis of the current knowledge control is done by monitoring activity while studying the program material of the discipline "Criminal law", including responses to seminars, preparation of reports and analysis reports etc. Current control at seminars held to ascertaining the readiness of students to classes in the following forms: - frontal standardized verbal questioning of students after the basic questions of seminar; - Frontal checking homework; - call individual students for independent solving practical problems or situations; - Blitz - polls, which is either a complete survey of all present students or sample survey of the participants. Questions on the topic (several topics), which was preparing for seminars, provide a clear answer short. In a blitz poll every graduate student has the right to answer only once; - Other. Independent and individual work of students provides targeted search for effective ways to study the subjec «Criminal Low», awareness and consistency in work, ability to use existing literature and regulatory framework, plan own work. The final control of students' knowledge in favor of offset (exam). The structure of tasks record, according to the specifics include: - Tests of different difficulty levels, - A theoretical issue or problem regulatory nature. Criteria for evaluating learning outcomes: Practical seminars - 40, Test - 50 points Oral component - 10 points
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: For the educational discipline "Practice on drawing up procedural documents", the means of knowledge diagnosis (study success) are: conducting preliminary, current and final control of students' knowledge. Preliminary control is a diagnosis of the input level of knowledge, which makes it possible to determine the existing level of knowledge of education seekers at the beginning of studying a discipline or at the beginning of studying a specific topic. A form of preliminary control is input control of knowledge. It is held at the 1st seminar session in order to assess the residual knowledge of students, obtained during the study of the cycle of disciplines at previous levels of education. Preliminary control in the form of verification and evaluation of residual knowledge is also carried out after some time at the beginning of the next seminar class. Input control of knowledge is carried out in the form of written work on the definition of certain concepts, categories or procedural and legal phenomena within 10-15 minutes at the beginning of the class. The evaluation of the input control of students' knowledge is included in the evaluation for a seminar or practical session. The current control of knowledge is an organic part of the entire educational process and serves as a means of identifying the degree of perception (assimilation) of the educational material from the discipline "Practice on drafting procedural documents". Assessment of the knowledge of students based on the data of current knowledge control is carried out by monitoring the activity of work during the study of the program material of the discipline "Workshop on drafting procedural documents", including answers at seminar classes, preparation of reports, messages and analytical materials, etc.; Current monitoring of seminar classes is carried out in order to find out the readiness of education seekers for classes in the following forms: - frontal standardized oral survey of education seekers on the main issues of the seminar; - frontal check of homework; challenging individual students to independently solve practical tasks or situations; - blitz - a survey, which is either a continuous survey of all present education seekers or a selective survey of a part of those present. Questions on the topic (several topics) that were prepared for the seminar require a clear, short answer. In a blitz survey, everyone has the right to answer only once; - other. The independent and individual work of education seekers involves a purposeful search for effective methods of studying the discipline "Workshop on drafting procedural documents", a conscious attitude and consistency in work, the ability to use the available literature and regulatory framework, and plan one's own work. The final control of the level of knowledge of the students of education is the examination (different credit). According to the specifics of the discipline, the tasks of the student's final work include: - test tasks of various levels of complexity, drawing up a procedural document - a theoretical question of a normative or problematic nature.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The semester evaluation consists of the sum of the points provided by this work program of the academic discipline for the current control (PC). This information is provided to students in the first class. Evaluation of the current success rate of education seekers is carried out in a practical session. An oral answer, a report, participation in business or simulation games at a practical session is evaluated on a 5-point scale and entered in the journal of academic performance. 5 points - ("very good") is awarded for knowledge of the educational material above the average level, including reasoned answers to the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving problems; 4 points – ("good") is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material, including reasoned answers to the questions, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving problems; 3 points - ("mediocre") is given for mediocre knowledge of the educational material, poorly reasoned answers, weak application of theoretical provisions when solving problems; 2 points - ("satisfactory") is given for weak knowledge of the educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving problems; 1 point – ("unsatisfactory") is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving problems; 0 points - awarded for not being ready for class.
