Мета вивчення дисципліни: Formation of knowledge and skills in the development of an investment strategy of a tourist enterprise, analysis of the investment attractiveness of projects, methods of assessing their effectiveness, risks, liquidity, formation of an investment financial portfolio and real investment programs of enterprises in the tourism industry.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Integral competence: The ability to comprehensively solve complex professional tasks and practical problems in the field of tourism and recreation both in the process of learning and in the process of work, which involves the application of theories and methods of science systems that form tourism science and are characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions. General competences: Ability to critical thinking, analysis and synthesis; Skills in using information and communication technologies. Professional competences: Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations; Understanding the principles, processes and technologies of the organization of the work of the subject of the tourism industry and its subsystems The ability to cooperate with business partners and clients, the ability to ensure effective communications with them.
Learning outcomes: Knowledge and skills: To understand the principles, processes and technologies of organizing the work of a tourist business entity and its individual subsystems (administrative-management, social-psychological, economic, technical-technological). Make informed decisions and bear responsibility for the results of your professional activity. Learning outcomes according to the educational program, learning and teaching methods, methods of evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English, German, Italian, French, Spanish) As a result of studying the primary discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen acquired and acquired new professional knowledge

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline "Investments in tourism" belongs to the cycle of professional and practical training and is a mandatory discipline for students obtaining basic higher education in the direction of training 242 "Tourism and recreation". The tasks of studying the discipline are the knowledge and conscious use of the laws of investment management in the tourism sector, namely: ? acquisition by students of deep theoretical knowledge on the essence, purpose and functions of investment management; ? mastery by students of methodological principles and methodological tools of investing; ? mastering the skills of assessing and forecasting the development of the investment market, assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises, regions and sectors of the economy; ? acquisition of skills in developing an enterprise's investment strategy and its implementation mechanism, as well as developing a strategy for the formation of the enterprise's investment capital and its management; ? acquisition of skills by students regarding the procedure for preparing investment projects of the enterprise, evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects and rules for making investment decisions.

Assessment methods and criteria: In order to assess the level of achievement of learning outcomes, the teacher will conduct current and final control throughout the semester. The current control will be carried out selectively on each practical pair in order to obtain operational information, which will make it possible to coordinate the teacher's actions in the future regarding the presentation of the material. The thematic examination involves monitoring the assimilation of the topic, which pursues the systematization and generalization of students' knowledge. The final control pursues the goal of obtaining objective information about the student's academic progress during the academic semester and is carried out using the developed ENMK placed in the virtual learning environment of the Lviv Polytechnic National University in the form of a test control. The oral component involves obtaining answers to formulated questions regarding the theoretical material presented in the lecture material. The knowledge test involves both a written and practical test, a test and an oral interview, performance of individual tasks, standardized control (performance of tests in the National Security Service). Assessment of students' knowledge of the academic discipline is carried out on the basis of the results of the current and final examinations Current control (40%) is carried out during classes: written express control; performance of practical work; protection of laboratory work reports Final control (60%) is carried out during the exam: written component (50%); oral component (10%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Practical lessons are evaluated in 40 points, where: 31 points. - this is the implementation of applied tasks and an oral survey of the lecture material; 9 b – performance of tests in the National Security Service for each topic. The exam consists of an oral survey of 10 points. and written work 50 b.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
