Characteristics of the educational program: Educational and vocational training program is based on the known provisions and results of modern scientific research in public administration, administrative management in public organizations, public decision-making, in which is possible further professional and scientific career: able to work in management positions of the central government, and their deputies, senior staff positions of local authorities, heads of government departments at all levels, legislators, senior officials of trade unions, other senior officials of local self-governmental organizations, sphere of research and development, university teachers and higher education administrators in governmental and non-governmental organizations and other experts in the field of education, researchers, public service professionals, professionals in the management of projects and programs, assistant managers, institutions and organizations
Gained competence: - main aspects of using terminology of administrative management;
- principles and procedures of administrative management;
- basic methods of structural's research in system of management;
- characteristics of the organizational structures of administrational service of organization, enterprise, institution;
- technology of human resource management;
- methods of evaluation of management activities;
- principles and strategies of formation of corporate culture of organization, enterprise, institution.
- ability to apply knowledge in practice to solve problems in administrative management;
- organization of action for the organization, enterprises and institutions of information links and communication links;
- ability to shape HR policy, which aims to ensure the effectiveness of the team;
- organization of measures to improve the forms and methods of personnel;
- development of business strategy and its implementation and regulation;
- implementation of the overall control of the organization, enterprise, institution and their departments.
