Summary of the subject: Practice on the topic of master's qualification work for students of educational and qualification level "master" of the specialty 281 "Public administration and administration" is the final stage of practical training of a specialist in the field of financial and economic security. During this practice, the theoretical knowledge of all disciplines of the curriculum is deepened and consolidated, the practical skills and skills on the basis of a particular business entity are generalized and perfected, the professional experience and readiness of the future specialist for independent work is acquired. The purpose of the practice is: mastering students modern methods, forms of organization and means of work in the field of their future profession; conditions, nurturing the need to systematically update their knowledge and apply them creatively in practice. The program of practice contains tasks that allow to summarize the knowledge, practical skills and skills on the basis of a specific entity, to acquire professional experience, to check the readiness of a future specialist for independent employment, to collect material for master's qualification work.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the results of the practice on the topic of the master's qualification work consists of the sum of points, which are given by the commission on the basis of consideration of the contents of the practice report and on the result of oral defense before the commission. The final assessment of the student's knowledge, skills and experience acquired in industrial practice is set on a 100-point scale, with its subsequent translation into a four-point rating scale. The conversion of the final grade points into the traditional four-point grade is carried out on the following scale: "Excellent" (88 to 100 points) - the content and layout of the report and practice log meet the standards. The student characterization is positive. The student provided complete and accurate answers to all questions of the committee members regarding the practice program and individual work performed. Good (71 to 87 points) - There are minor comments on the content and design of the practice report and journal. The student characterization is positive. In answering the committee members' questions about the practice program, the student made some inaccuracies, although in general he has solid knowledge. "Satisfactory" (50 to 70 points) - careless design of work and diary. The vast majority of practice program issues are covered in the report, but there are some design and logical errors. The characterization of the student as a whole is positive. When answering the questions of the members of the commission, the student felt uncertain, strayed, made mistakes, revealed superficial knowledge. “Unsatisfactory” (up to 49 points, inclusive) - this grade is given to a student if not all the questions are covered in the report or the work is not prepared independently. The student's attitude towards the practice and discipline is negative. The student could not give satisfactory answers to the questions of the commission members.
