Learning outcomes: The task of this discipline is to teach students: - Determine and justify the initial data for inspections of the building; - Carry out the necessary calculations; substantiate ways to save heat; solve the problem of air pool protection; - Calculate equipment, structures, automatic control systems; The study of the discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general: acquisition by students of deep knowledge and skills in solving the issues of using alternative energy resources and their rational use in DVT systems, as well as expanding the technical and scientific worldview of students in this field professional: apply the acquired knowledge related to the design, installation and operation of DVT systems. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: 1. design features of engineering networks; basic schemes for calculations; 2. methods of calculating engineering networks and equipment.

Summary of the subject: The teaching of this discipline aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge in the field of design, survey and construction and calculation of heat and gas supply and ventilation systems. Methods - theoretical, practical, independent learning. The purpose of the course work is to determine the feasibility of conducting a survey of a residential building and provide recommendations for the development of measures to improve heating and ventilation networks. The task of the work is to delete the existing heat supply and ventilation networks for a residential building, to measure the microclimate parameters. Design of modern heat supply networks with metering and control units.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge in the discipline "Survey, assessment of the technical condition of building structures of residential buildings" is carried out in the form of current and semester control. Current control includes conducting and defending laboratory work, as well as performing and defending term papers. Semester control of knowledge includes the results of the current control of students' knowledge, which is conducted during the semester, and examination control.
