Learning outcomes: - the place of communications in management, to know the types of business strategies and their use in the enterprise, what are the specifics of communicative management in the modern information society; - what are the specifics of communication technologies within communicative management; - what are the mechanisms of influence of such communication technologies - basic principles and principles of communicative management; - basic methods, technologies of communicative management; - conceptual foundations and strategies of communicative management; - mandatory elements and phases of communicative communication; the order of formation of effective communications at the enterprise.

Assessment methods and criteria: According to the working curriculum of the discipline, it is provided to assess the level of students' knowledge during the semester in the form of an oral interview, express control in laboratory classes, defense of laboratory and control works and written examination work.
