Learning outcomes: As a result of practice, students must acquire new knowledge and skills, which are provided by the specialty training program. - To have the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems during professional activities in the field of automation and instrumentation, metrology and information and measurement technology, computerized technical diagnostics, metrological provision of instruments and measuring devices, their metrological verification and calibration, which involves the application of metrology to solve applied diagnostic tasks in the branches of the national economy; - to be able to organize and conduct measurements, technical control and tests; - to be able to use information technologies when selecting and developing software for processing measurement information; - to be able to explain and describe the principles of construction of computing and measuring subsystems and modules used in solving measuring problems; Have the ability to: - search and analysis of scientific and technical literature on the subject of research; - summarizing information from literary sources and determining the purpose, tasks and importance of research, their scientific novelty and practical value; - obtaining and analyzing research results, carrying out their statistical analysis; -conducting experimental studies using equipment and measuring systems and evaluating the uncertainty of the obtained results.
Required prior and related subjects: The entire block of academic disciplines has been mastered by the Student up to this point
Summary of the subject: Preparation of students for engineering activities by understanding proven ways of selecting or developing measuring systems; the task is to study the basic principles of sensor construction, familiarization with the level of physical phenomena that underlie the functioning of various sensors, which make it possible to register the researched processes. Students undergo practice in the positions of junior engineering and technical personnel according to the staffing schedule of the enterprise where the practice is conducted
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control of students' knowledge during classes; - evaluation of the performance of practical research works; - carrying out the semester assessment.
