Learning outcomes: • know contemporary issues of applied physics of the profile specialization, trends and research areas of modern materials of different nature, improve physical basis of known and new technologies, materials and products; • be able to analyze, systematize and summarize scientific and technical information on research, to use information technology and software products in research, apply achievements of modern materials science to create new technologies and materials; • be able to apply the studied processes and phenomena in the future professional activity
Required prior and related subjects: • prerequisites: solid state physics, modern methods of physics research, physics of quantum-sized sys-tems nanomaterialoznavstvo, impedance spectroscopy; • corequisites: physics and nanotechnology, nanophysics and nanotechnology, functional materials of molecular energetics, energy of molecular devices of new generation, implementation of qualification master's theses
Summary of the subject: Introduction to applied physics problems according to their training and qualification of master sub-jects. Study patent and literature on the subject of the master's qualification theses. Methods of doing experimental work. The study of information technology and software related professional fields.

Required prior and related subjects: • prerequisites: physics, solid state physics, the physics of quantum-sized systems, nanomaterials sciens, modern methods of physical research, research fundamentals, computer modeling of physical processes, impedance spectroscopy; • corequisites: physics and nanotechnology, functional materials of molecular energy, energy molecular devices of new generation, implementation of the master thesis qualifying.
Summary of the subject: The theoretical basis of research on the topic of the master's qualification work. The scientific problem and justification of the research topic. Experimental equipment and methods of the experiment. Pilot and final stage of the research work. Making the results of scientific research and its implementation. Features of the structure and properties of the material. The ability application of the developed mate-rials for nanotechnology. Prospects for further development of the proposed nanomaterials, nanostruc-tures and nanotechnology.
