Learning outcomes: 1) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk;
2) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches of management of innovation, principles, laws, technologies, innovative activity management methods, innovation solution foundation and selection processes, conflict management in scientific and technical collaboration;
3) to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation;
4) to combine different economical and mathematical methods and models for analysing and evaluating the risks of innovation activity, to take management decisions and to develop measures to reduce their impact on the effectiveness of innovative projects;
5) to develop, evaluate and justify options for innovative development of enterprises (organizations, institutions) in the domestic dynamic and unstable environment and to determine the optimal structure of resources for their implementation;
6) to use modern electronic resources and information technologies in innovative activity of enterprise (organization, institution);
7) ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions;
8) to bear social responsibility for decisions, adhere to moral and cultural values.

Summary of the subject: The essence of innovation risk management. The main types and factors of innovation risks. Approaches to evaluating and analyzing of the innovation risks. Economic and mathematical methods of evaluating and analyzing the innovation risks. Modeling risk situations for decision-making. Basic approaches to innovation risk management. Innovation promotion in the company on the basis of risk. Adjusting of the innovation risks. Using specialized software for innovation risk management.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports of laboratory works, oral quiz (30%)
• final examination: written form (70%)

2) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk.
3) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of operational, marketing, investment, crisis and creative management of innovative activity subjects.
4) to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation.
5) to combine different economical and mathematical methods and models for analysing and evaluating the risks of innovation activity, to take management decisions and to develop measures to reduce their impact on the effectiveness of innovative projects.

Analysis of factors of innovation project risks. Assessment and analysis of innovative project risks. Qualitative risk analysis of the innovative project. Quantitative risk assessment of the innovation project. Formation of the program of innovation project risks. Formation of the map of innovation project risks. The choice of measures of innovation project risks management.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Report on the results of the course work, final control (level of task completion - 70% , presentation - 10%, defend-20%)
