Learning outcomes: • ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk; • to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation; • to plan, organize, control and manage innovation activity at all levels of the economy, to use modern mechanisms to motivate staff in innovation activity sphere; • to integrate innovation and marketing policy of the enterprise (organization), manage the search target market in order to implement innovative capacity, coordinate needs and behavioural reactions of consumers and to develop measures to enhance internal and external factors of motivating the demand for innovative products; • to explore the market environment, to provide comparative analytical monitoring of competitors, to provide mobilization of opportunities for improving the quality and competitiveness of innovative products and enterprise (organization, institution) in domestic, foreign markets and in a virtual environment.
Required prior and related subjects: The master’s program accomplished and successfully passed semester control measures of master’s preparation education program for this specialization. prerequisites: Successfully passed state exam on specialization

Assessment methods and criteria: Public defense of master’s qualification work in front of the examination board (100%).
