Learning outcomes: GLO 1. To have the necessary knowledge and skills for business communication in the field of international economic relations, as well as communicate effectively at the professional and social levels, including oral and written communication in a foreign language / languages. Understand the patterns and trends of the world economy and the phenomenon of the new economy, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, informatization and scientific and technological exchange. GLO 14. Present the results of own research by preparing scientific publications and approbations at scientific events. Kn 1. Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research. Summary of the subject: Management of the process of transfer and commercialization of technologies in the organization. Conduct technological audit. Organizational mechanisms of technology transfer. Specific forms of technological exchange. Licensing as the main form of technology transfer and commercialization. Methods of valuation. Participation of Ukraine in the international technology transfer.
Assessment methods and criteria: - final control in the form of a differentiated test based on the results of the following works: performance of laboratory work (20%), exercises solving (10%), testing (50%), oral examination (20%)
