Мета вивчення дисципліни: In the evaluation process, alternative options for the use of the evaluated objects are generated and evaluated, and decisions are made regarding their optimal use. The results of the assessment serve as an information base for monitoring the impact of management decisions on the current and projected market value of objects. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities, which will give them the opportunity to independently solve practical tasks on the assessment of objects in material form, namely: assessment of immovable things (immovable property, real estate), including land plots, and property rights to them; evaluation of machines and equipment. The task of the discipline is to provide students with theoretical and practical training in the evaluation of land, buildings and structures using modern methods. The discipline is closely related to the courses: basics of state cadastre and real estate valuation, basics of land inventory and monitoring, expert monetary valuation of real estate, land law, basics of land management.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: INT The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems of geodesy and land management using modern technologies, theoretical provisions and methods of researching the physical surface of the Earth, its shape, dimensions and gravitational field, carrying out measurements on the Earth's surface to display it on plans and maps, for solving various scientific and practical tasks; ZK1 Compliance with ethical principles of research and intellectual honesty, as well as professional codes of conduct; ZK5 Mastery of basic knowledge, including modern scientific and technical achievements and their use in practical situations; ZK10 Ability to implement educational and social tasks; ZK12 Ability to search, process, analyze information from various sources and conduct research at the appropriate level; ZK13 Perception of modern knowledge and delivery of information, ideas, problems, solutions and own experience in the field of professional activity to specialists and non-specialists. professional competences: FK1 Ability to perform professional duties by types of professional work; FC2 Knowledge and understanding of basic theories, methods, principles, technologies and methods in the field of geodesy and land management; FK3 Mastering basic knowledge from related sciences, which are included in separate blocks in the field of geodesy and land management (physics, mathematics, informatics, ecology, law, economics, and others), the ability to use their theories, principles, and technical approaches; FK4 Use of knowledge from general engineering sciences in education and professional activity; FK5 Ability to choose methods, means and equipment; FK11 Aggregation of field, camera and remote data on a theoretical basis in order to synthesize new knowledge in the field of geodesy and land management.
Learning outcomes: РL3.1. Know the legal framework, methodological framework of the state land cadastre, cadastres of natural resources, land management. РL3.2. Apply modern methods and means of using the latest technologies in the performance of works on cadastre and land management. РL3.5. Demonstrate knowledge on the organization and management of land cadastral production, land and real estate appraisal work. РL3.6. Have the methods of geospatial cadastral data to implement management decisions in the field of cadastre and land management. FKP 3.3 Basic knowledge of the main regulatory legal acts and additional materials, current instructions and other regulatory documents in the field of land management and cadastre; FKP 3.7 Compilation of technical documentation on land management and preparation of documents certifying ownership or the right to use land; FKP 3.9 Work with geodetic instruments, create geodetic networks, carry out cadastral surveying and draw up land ownership and land use plans, calculate the area of land plots, draw up working drawings for taking projects to the field (on site), etc.; FKP 3.10 Conducting field and laboratory research in land management and cadastre; FKP 3.11 To perform the entire complex of works on the cadastre, including work on state registration of land ownership, accounting of the quantity and quality of land, soil appraisal and economic evaluation of land; FKP 4.3 Basic knowledge of the main regulatory and methodological acts, reference materials, current national standards, instructions and other regulatory documents in the field of land and real estate valuation; FKP 4.7 Development of real estate management options, justification of their choice based on criteria of social and economic efficiency; FKP 4.8 Knowledge of the classification of real estate and its features, as an object of assessment, the concept of real estate and real estate, types of rights, interests and obligations in relation to real estate; FKP 4.9 Know the basis of evaluation and the peculiarities of their application, the basics of the theory of the value of money in time, common methods of determining capitalization and discount rates; FKP 4.10 Design, manage and support decision-making in the process of documenting evaluation results, organization of work related to the evaluation of land and real estate; FKP 4.11 Have the general requirements for the formation of a report on the expert monetary valuation of real estate, the functions and content of its review; FKP 4.12 knowledge of the procedure of professional training of evaluators, norms of professional activity and ethics, the procedure for obtaining a certificate of the subject of evaluation activity.

The defense of practical work for a certain number of points requires the ability to clearly, succinctly and logically consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems. • 2 points or 4 points (for practical works No. 3 and No. 8) - awarded for the execution of one's own version of the corresponding practical work without errors (or with some inaccuracies), preparation of a written report of execution and its defense within 5-6 classes from the date of issue tasks for practical work. Defense of practical work for a certain number of points involves the ability to clearly, succinctly and logically consistently answer the questions with insignificant errors, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems. • 1 point or 2 points (for practical tasks No. 3 and No. 8) - awarded for performing one's own version of the corresponding practical task with some errors, preparing a written performance report and defending it within 7-8 classes from the date of assignment to the practical task. Defense of practical work for a certain number of points implies mediocre knowledge of the educational material, poorly reasoned answers, weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems.

The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
