Major: Geodesy
Code of subject: 7.193.01.O.003
Credits: 6.00
Department: Cadastre of Territory
Lecturer: Dr. Econ., Professor Kuryltsiv Roman
Semester: 1 семестр
Mode of study: денна
Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying this discipline is to teach students to analyze, evaluate, and forecast the dynamics of territorial development and the productive forces of the state, the structure of land resources of administrative-territorial units and land users, the natural properties of land plots, and the environmental and economic condition of lands at various hierarchical levels. When studying this discipline, a student should be able to use scientific and methodological literature, current legislative, normative, and instructional materials when developing land management projects, and independently, creatively, and quickly make appropriate decisions in the conditions of land relations reform.
Завдання: Integrated Competence: The ability to solve applied, research, and/or innovative tasks in the field of geodesy and land surveying. General Competences: GC01. The ability to identify, formulate, and solve problems. GC03. The ability to develop and manage projects. Specialized (Professional) Competences: SC01. The ability to plan and conduct theoretical and/or applied research, create new knowledge and technologies in the field of geodesy and land surveying. SC02. The ability to critically analyze contemporary issues and prospective directions in the development of geodesy and land surveying and related fields of knowledge. SC06. The ability to develop and implement projects in the field of geodesy and land surveying, as well as interdisciplinary directions related to it, taking into account technical, economic, social, legal, and environmental aspects.
Learning outcomes: RN04. Building and researching conceptual, mathematical, and computer models of objects and processes, applying them to innovate in the field of geodesy and land surveying; RN06. Collaborating with clients and contractors, preparing tender proposals in the field of geodesy and land surveying, and entering into relevant contracts; RN13. Conducting surveys, tests, diagnostics, and monitoring of geodesy and land surveying objects, developing measures for land protection, and assessing their consequences.
Required prior and related subjects: Cadastre of Territories Land Policy and Rational Land Use and Conservation
Summary of the subject: In the course "Land Management" students acquire theoretical knowledge regarding the organization of the territory of united territorial communities through the method of ecological-landscape land management. The goal is to promote sustainable land use. Additionally, students gain practical skills in agroecological zoning and landscape typification of lands, ecological-economic classification of arable lands' suitability, the establishment of territorial environmental restrictions (encumbrances) on land use, and the organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises, taking into account the project decisions of comprehensive spatial development plans for united territorial communities.
Опис: The Role of Land Planning in the Land Management System. Land Management and its Impact on Land Planning. Development of land management schemes and technical-economic justifications for the use and protection of lands within administrative territorial units. Development of land management projects that provide ecological-economic justification for crop rotation and land improvement. Development of working land management projects. Spatial planning for the development of united communities' territories. Key activities in the preparatory stage of developing a comprehensive spatial development plan for the community's territory. Development of project solutions for the comprehensive spatial development plan of territorial communities' territories. Organization of the final stage of developing a comprehensive spatial development plan for the community's territory.
