Assessment methods and criteria: • student papers with presentation of results, oral questioning, written individual work (30%)
• summative assessment (70 % control check, exam): written form (50%); oral form (20%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: There are several methods for testing and evaluating student knowledge:
1. Assessment of student knowledge during practical (seminar) classes;
2. Performing an individual research task;
3. Writing essays;
4. Conducting a final written exam.
The exam is assessed by two components:
? practical;
? lecture.
The grade for the practical component is based on the results of the assessment of the student's knowledge during seminars and practical classes, and the performance of an individual task.
Evaluation of student knowledge during practical (seminar) classes and individual assignments is carried out on a 30-point scale according to the following criteria:
? understanding, degree of mastery of the theory and methodology of the problems under consideration;
degree of mastery of the factual material of the discipline;
familiarization with the recommended literature, as well as with the current literature on the issues under consideration;
? ability to combine theory with practice when considering production situations, solving problems, making calculations when performing individual tasks and tasks submitted for consideration in the classroom;
? logic, structure, style of presentation of material in written works and in classroom speeches, ability to justify one's position, generalize information and draw conclusions.
The grade of "excellent" (30 points) is assigned if the student's individual assignment or oral response meets all five of these criteria. The absence of one or another component reduces the grade by the corresponding number of points.
"30 points" includes:
? "5 points" - successful completion of an individual task (fully completed individual task, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the guidelines);
? "15 points" - successful defense of an individual work (correct answer to the questions received from the teacher regarding the completed individual task);
? "10 points" - active work of the student in practical and seminar classes (participation in discussions, a report on a specific topic, participation in the discussion of certain situational tasks, etc.)
When evaluating individual assignments, attention is also paid to the quality, independence and timeliness of submitting completed assignments to the teacher (according to the schedule of the educational process). If any of the requirements are not met, the grade will be lowered at the discretion of the instructor.
If a student is absent from practical (seminar) classes, he or she can receive 10 points if he or she writes and publicly defends an essay.
Writing an essay should contribute to a deeper understanding of the Business Strategies discipline by students, encourages them to thoroughly study the regulatory and legislative framework on economic relations, statistical materials, special scientific publications by domestic and foreign authors that address the issues of strategy formation as a course of further development in the context of the formation of market relations.
Students choose the topic of the essay at their own discretion, but in accordance with the topics of the essays determined by the teacher. In agreement with the teacher, the student may prepare an essay on another topic that is not on this list.
The essay must be completed and submitted for defense no later than the date specified in the curriculum.
The essay is evaluated according to the following criteria:
? independence of execution;
? logic and detail of the plan;
? completeness and depth of the topic disclosure;
? availability of illustrations (tables, figures, diagrams, etc.)
? number of sources used (at least 10);
? use of digital information and reflection of practical experience;
? availability of specific proposals and forecasts with mandatory references to the used literary sources;
? quality of design.
The lecture component is carried out in writing according to the relevant tickets, which contain questions on all course topics for the exam.
