Learning outcomes: Understand the essence and features of continuous professional development and professional / professional-pedagogical mobility, which are based on psychological, pedagogical and methodological principles of professional pedagogy.

Summary of the subject: Psychopedagogy in the system of human Management Sciences. Fundamentals of practical use in the management of education (educational process): features of human response management taking into account the principles of management (manipulation) of human activity taking into account legal and ethical issues of their use; features of leadership and formal leadership; psychological mechanisms of Decision Management; basic laws and regularities that determine human behavior in the conditions of production and educational activities; methods of psychological influence in individual and collective (educational) activities.
Опис: Topic 1. Psychopedagogy of management as a science.
The structure of the course, the place of psycho-pedagogy of management among other sciences, the relationships between them, the history of the development of human factor sciences. Management theories. Theories of educational management. Psychopedagogy of management in the professional activity of a teacher. Recommended Books.
Topic 2. Feedback (reaction) of a person from the standpoint of management psychology.
Action as a reaction to a stimulus. Simple and complex stimuli (influences). The feedback function, its components, psychological interpretation, main relationships. Causal chain "needs - motives - action". The main principles of management and the possibilities of their use in the conditions of the educational process and management activities. Psychological-pedagogical and methodical principles of professional pedagogy.
Topic 3. Mechanisms of human behavior from the perspective of psychopedagogy.
Mechanisms of human behavior. Psychophysical foundations of unconscious influence. Stereotyped behavior (reactions) in the conditions of the educational process and management activities. Taxonomy of activity types.
Topic 4. Basics of professional development of a teacher in the context of professional and pedagogical mobility
The concept of professional development of a teacher and its stages. Professional-pedagogical mobility as a quality criterion of a teacher's professional activity and the basis of his professional development.
Topic 5. Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) techniques and their consideration in the educational process.
Basics of managing human behavior from the standpoint of neurolinguistic programming (NLP). Representative systems. Adjustment and management; reframing, "illusion of choice", method of "anchors", etc. Peculiarities of using NLP techniques in the educational process and management activities.
Topic 6. Methods of psychological influence in the educational process and managerial activity.
The main methods of psychological influence: persuasion, contagion, suggestion, self-advertisement, formation of attachment, encouragement to follow, etc.. Peculiarities of using methods of psychological influence in the professional activities of a teacher.
Topic 7. Manipulative influences in the organization (educational institution).
Concepts and main types of manipulation. Manipulation as a subject is object management and the basis of pedagogical skill. Types of manipulators in an educational institution (organization). Informal roles of a person in a formal group. Aseptic behavior and anti-manipulation measures.
Topic 8. The main components of non-verbal communication and visual methods of their psychodiagnosis.
Verbal and non-verbal communication. Functions of non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication as the basis of pedagogical skills. Basics of visual diagnosis of non-verbal behavior.
Topic 9. Basic laws and patterns of human behavior management in the educational process and management activities.
Basic laws and patterns of human behavior management and their consideration in professional activity: Pareto's law, H. Selye's, Siegel-Wolf's, Clark's, etc. The main effects of social perception: role, beauty, originality, halo, novelty, hard to reach, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria: - observation of teaching and learning activities;
- current control (frontal, individual, combined);
- written control of knowledge and skills based on individual assignments, essays, presentations, tests.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The current control is given 50 points (including the performance and defense of individual independent work-5 points), and the exam control – 50 points (written component – 45 points and oral component – 5 points).
The maximum score is 100 points. The final exam control includes taking into account all types of activities of the applicant of The Bachelor's educational level during the semester.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points – ("excellent") is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena that are being studied, in their relationship and turn, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to questions that, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70-50 points – ("satisfactory") is awarded for weak knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points – ("not certified"with the possibility of re – passing the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in the answers to questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in the answers to questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
