Characteristics of the educational program: Educational-professional program is based on the well-known statements and results of modern scientific researches in public management and administration, macroeconomic processes, state regulation of the economy, budget policy, strategic analysis and management and directs at the topical specializations, which frame the possible future professional and scientific career: as public officials in the legislative bodies of the state, as senior government officials of local authorities, as department chiefs of governments at all levels, as senior officials of the unions, as senior officials of other self-governing organizations, as control and supervisory bodies in the field of economic competition, as managers of enterprises, institutions and organizations and their deputies, guiding employees of the central authorities, and their deputies, guiding employees of local authorities, managers in supporting activities in the insurance, managers in the social sphere, in the field of research and development, professors of higher educational institutions, other professionals in the field of education, researchers, professionals of the civil service, professionals in the field of economic competition, project, program and strategy management, as assistants to heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
Gained competence: -ability to identify and diagnose the effects of exogenous and endogenous factors in the development of the national economy;
-ability to conduct the systematic macro-and microeconomic analysis, to monitor the key competitors in the market, including the world market;
-ability to calculate the basic indicators of market concentration and to prognosticate the emergence of introduction barriers of the new actors on the market;
-ability to determine the types of antimonopoly laws violations, to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements in the process of property relations transformation;
-ability to apply appropriate research and investigation patterns;
-ability to identify current public policy directions of monopoly prevention and limiting in business and to apply rational methods of protection against unfair competition;
-ability to work out the strategic alternatives of organizational systems development based on organizational internal and external environment diagnosis and to provide a high level of balancing their components in the planning stage;
-ability to identify key areas of cooperation AMCU with Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Property Fund , its departments , ministries and other central bodies of executive power;
-ability to identify ways of national competition law and antimonopoly practices adaptation with international law standards;
-ability to carry out scientific methods of teaching in educational institutions.
-total implementation of all general management functions by providing mainly heuristic and administrator and partially operator working procedures;
-strategic and tactical decision-making within their competence;
-management the subordinates, who’s competence is not higher than the specialists and bachelors;

Conducts the main duties of the government official in the bodies of fiscal authority, consumer rights protection authority, in Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine and its territorial departments, in the bodies of administrative management and control, local government administration, in the private sector in the field of bank, insurance, trade, transport services, production field and the field of natural monopolies.
