Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes: 1. Knowledge on the development of proposals to improve the activities of state authorities and local self-government, control and supervisory bodies operating in the field of economic competition, taking into account Ukraine's international integration into the world community. 2. Knowledge of the basics of strategic analysis and management, management consulting in the conditions of economic competition, taking into account the impact of international competition. 3. Knowledge of the components that shape the competitiveness of economic actors in a global competitive environment. 4. Knowledge of the necessary conditions for the achievement and preservation of the country of a stable and successful competitive position. 5. Knowledge of the components of the state policy of successful development of the country in conditions of international competition.

Summary of the subject: Theoretical foundations of international competitive relations. Evolutionary Development and Existing Approaches to Understanding Competitiveness. Theories of International Trade. Globalization, its factors and basic elements. Levels of globalization and stages of company development. Interaction of Ukraine with international organizations. Transnationalization and activities of transnational companies. Transnational strategic alliances. International competitiveness of the country, industry, enterprises. Sectoral forms of international competition. Clusters An assessment of the international competitiveness of the countries of the world. Formation of competitive advantages of Ukraine on the basis of existing factors of national competitiveness and innovation model of development. Perspectives of formation of persistent advantages of Ukraine in the international competition on the basis of development of foreign economic relations.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control (oral questioning, individual work, research task, situational exercises) (50%); • Final control (50%, exam): Written-oral form (50%)
