Learning outcomes: 1. Possession of sufficient knowledge in the field of Europeanintegration, the ability to critically analyze the situation in the sphereof competition and identify key trends in its development; 2. The possession of legal, economic, social, cultural and political components of the European Union; 3. Apply acquired knowledge and understanding for the identification, formulation and solution of the development of European integration; 4. Apply knowledge of economic, social and technical characteristics, technological features of forming and realization of the integration of Ukraine into the European Union, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of such cooperation;
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Customs regulation, State control in the sphere of economic competition. Co-requisites: International competition, Antitrust regulation of the economy
Summary of the subject: - European Union institutions and structure; - The role of European integration in the implementation of theforeign policy of the State; - Institutional development of the EU in the framework of the Lisbon Treaty; - European financial and investment policy, the notion and legal basesof the antitrust competition policy and law in the European Union,European integration, Ukraine's relations with the European Union.
