Learning outcomes: - know the general status, degree of physical and moral wear objects TPP built in Ukraine in previous years; ways and means of reconstruction of existing facilities, replacement or upgrade them with new, more economical; - able to give technical, technological and economic assessment of the TPP propose and implement measures to improve the performance of thermal power plants through their reconstruction and / or modernization.
Required prior and related subjects: - Prerekvizyty: profiles TPP, TPP boilers, turbines TPP, design, layout and powerful modes of boiler ahehativ; - Korekvizyty: Master's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: State policy in the sphere of power engineering. Analysis of the current condition of the objects TPP Ukraine. Reconstruction and modernization: the purpose, the main task features. Basic principles reconstruction and modernization of thermal power plants. The current state and direction of boiler fabrication. State of boiler economy in Ukraine and the direction of its modernization. Creation and development of steam and gas-steam plants. The current state and prospects of the combined power plants. Reconstruction powerful boilers to increase the electrical load. Reconstruction NRCH-fired TПП-210A. Additive - MNF catalyst and technology uu feed the furnace boiler. Pilot testing burner with thermo-chemical preparation of coal to the boiler TПП-210A. Reducing air overflows EPA due to its reconstruction. Reconstruction of the boiler that operates on solid fuel, with its transfer to CFB. Reconstruction fuel economy at CFB boiler.
