Learning outcomes: Know: Carry out the organization and management of information and analytical activities at enterprises and institutions. Use applied socio-communication technologies to organize effective communication at the professional, scientific and social levels on the basis of tolerance, dialogue and cooperation. Apply legislative and regulatory documents governing the functioning of the information sphere. Be able to: Create and sell information products and services demanded by consumers. Apply technologies to create and support the functioning of electronic libraries and archives, study and meet the information needs of users. Develop projects to automate the formation of information resources of library and archival institutions. Use knowledge and skills in data collection, modeling of document and information systems and their resources in the analysis of the competitiveness of the institution. Ability to communicate, including oral, written and electronic communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages ??(English). Ability to adapt to new situations and make decisions.

Summary of the subject: Study of the main principles of e-democracy, namely work in virtual environments of communication, search, creation and popularization of information content of virtual communities.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (laboratory) - 40 points Examination control (40 points - written component, 20 points - oral component) - 60 points Total for the discipline: 100 points
