Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - subject and tasks of the discipline "Intellectual and innovative culture"; - the basic principles and principles of formation of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - application of methods of development of intellectual and innovative culture; - approaches to modelling the processes of development of intellectual and innovative culture; - principles of diagnostics and monitoring of development of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises; - modern technologies and tools for implementation of the intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises; - indicators and criteria of economic efficiency of the processes of development of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises; - sources of information and scientific and methodological support for the system of development of processes of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises. Students are expected to acquire following skills: - to study external and internal factors of the processes of development of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - to carry out organizational measures concerning creation of the system of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - to provide introduction of motivational measures concerning the development of intellectual and innovative culture; - to monitor the processes of development of the intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - to diagnose the level of intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - to assess the state of development of the intellectual and innovative culture of enterprises and organizations; - to determine the reserves of the formation of intellectual and innovative culture; - to evaluate the economic efficiency of enterprises from the introduction of intellectual and innovative culture.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Bachelor Thesis Defence. Corrections: Defence of Master Thesis.
Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Intellectual and Innovative Culture" aims at forming competencies in the field of integrated approach to the analytical assessment of organizational, corporate and intellectual components of the development and activities of modern enterprises. The essence of intellectual and innovative culture is the development of creative thinking and the formation of interactions of future specialists in an intellectual economy. The offered program addresses the approaches and tools for the formation of intellectual and innovative culture in the enterprise management system and knowledge. Its essence and structure are revealed. The emphasis is on the need to develop a culture of thinking, a culture of action and a culture of collaborative work as a kind of intellectual culture. The instrumental and moral and ethical components of intellectual culture in the system of knowledge management and enterprises are highlighted.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (60%): solving analytical tasks, oral questioning, tests. Final control (40%, control measures, test): testing (10%), theoretical questions (10%), problem-searching and diagnostic tasks (20%).
