Learning outcomes: - Knowledge of the functions of scientific knowledge and the role of scientific methodology; - knowledge of basic concepts, concepts and methods of scientific research in the specialty; - knowledge of approaches to the formation of a system of knowledge about the criteria of scientificity and requirements for the argumentation of research provisions, evaluation of research results, etc .; - knowledge of the types of scientific research of the specialty, as well as key stages, forms and elements of organization, implementation and testing of the results of scientific work; - knowledge of technologies of scientific research of the specialty; - knowledge of the principles of planning and selection of the most effective methods of research in the specialty; - knowledge of sources of primary and secondary information required for research of the specialty; - knowledge of the principles and grounds for ensuring the legal protection of copyright objects - the results of scientific research; - ability to identify a scientific problem, formulate goals and objectives for its solution, prove scientific hypotheses, model and evaluate scenarios for the development of the object of scientific research; - ability to choose methods and apply them to the study of economic phenomena; - ability to carry out interdisciplinary and complex research; - ability to develop a program of scientific research in the specialty, in accordance with current methodological and methodological approaches; - ability to apply economic-mathematical and statistical methods of modeling to solve problems of scientific research in the specialty; - ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods of processing the results of scientific research in the specialty; - ability to analyze, systematize and summarize the results of the study of economic phenomena; - ability to test the results of scientific research, use the results in practice.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: "Competitiveness of the enterprise", "Management of enterprise potential", "Valuation of property and property complexes", "Project financing". Co-requisites: "Research and seminars on their subject", "Educational research practice", "Practice on the topic of master's qualification work".
Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline is aimed at deepening students' theoretical knowledge, mastering methodological tools and acquiring practical skills in organizing and conducting research in the specialty. Within the study, the student must: master the functions of scientific knowledge and the role of scientific methodology; to study the basic concepts, concepts and methods of scientific research in the specialty; learn to identify a scientific problem, formulate goals and objectives for its solution, model and evaluate scenarios for the development of the object of scientific research, systematize and summarize the results of scientific research, correctly design the results, etc. During the research of the specialty the student masters the technologies and methods of scientific research and processing of its results, approaches to substantiation of the author's scientific statements and their testing.
Assessment methods and criteria: Semester control is carried out in the form of a test. Current control involves: - selective oral examination at the beginning of the laboratory lesson; - discussion and performance of laboratory works; - participation in discussions on problematic issues within the discipline; - final control testing. The test is set on the basis of current grades. Assessment of knowledge in laboratory classes is carried out according to the following criteria: - selective oral examination at the beginning of the laboratory lesson (correctness and completeness of the answer); - discussion and implementation of laboratory work (validity of hypotheses, originality and novelty of the work, correctness of calculations, correctness of conclusions and recommendations, completeness and conciseness of the answer during the defense of the work); - participation in discussions on problematic issues within the discipline (activity, conciseness of thought, argumentation of the position in solving a scientific problem); - final control testing (15 test questions - 2 points for each correct answer).
