Summary of the subject: Land legal relations are social relations that arise in the sphere of interaction between society and the environment and are regulated by the norms of land legislation. It is through land legal relations that the degree of reality and effectiveness of land law norms is revealed, since any legal relations constitute the mechanism of their action. The nature of land legal relations depends on the category of land the land plot is part of, i.e. the legal regime of the respective category of land. In practice, land legal relations are a complex relationship of different types. The discipline provides for the study of the functions of public administration in the field of natural resources management and environmental protection, understanding of the main directions (main types) of activities of state executive authorities, local self-government, public associations to ensure the organization of rational use of land, natural resources, their reproduction and protection, environmental protection and environmental safety, licensing and limitation of natural resources use, environmental quality regulation, and other related activities.
