Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the discipline is to form knowledge, skills and abilities of methods of influence on the formation of land policy and taxation policy, the relationship between land policy and taxation, the use of land and property resources for effective market circulation in order to maximize profits for territorial communities that own these resources, to master the methodology and methods of valuation of land resources, real estate, planning and management of territories, creation of automated cadastral information systems.
Завдання: Ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the course of professional activities in the field of geodesy and land management or in the process of study, which involves the application of theoretical knowledge and methods of geodetic, photogrammetric, geoinformation, mapping technologies and systems, cadastre and real estate valuation. - Ability to communicate in written and oral form in Ukrainian and foreign languages. - Ability to learn to perceive the acquired knowledge in the field of geodesy, photogrammetry, land management, cartography and geoinformatics and integrate it with the existing knowledge. - Ability to be critical and self-critical in understanding the factors that have a positive or negative impact on communication and the ability to identify and take into account these factors in specific communication situations. - Ability to plan and manage time. - Acquisition of a flexible way of thinking that makes it possible to understand and solve problems and tasks while maintaining a critical attitude to established scientific concepts. - Ability to apply knowledge in practice. - Have skills in project development and management. - Ability to work both individually and in a team. - Ability to communicate effectively at professional and social levels. - Potential for further training. - Responsibility for the quality of work performed.
Learning outcomes: 1. The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and skills to conduct experiments, collect data, modeling and analysis of the results, systematic thinking and apply creativity to the formation of innovative ideas in geodesy and land management. 2.Zdatnist demonstrate knowledge professionally oriented disciplines specialty. 3.Zdatnist demonstrate knowledge and understanding of design methodologies, relevant regulations, applicable standards and specifications. 4.Zdatnist demonstrate knowledge of the current state of affairs and new technologies in the field of geodesy and land management. 5.Vykorystovuvaty information resources scientific manner, using high standards of text analysis.

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Land Policy" provides information support for the formation of land policy, reveals the general concept and principles of the use of real estate in the public and private sector, studies the rules of development of settlements, studies the content, composition and stages of drawing up a technical passport of a land plot, as well as the emergence of ownership of real estate.
Опис: Tasks of the state land policy. Information support of the management system. Management of land resources in settlements. Management of land with a special regime of use. Rights in rem. The emergence of land ownership. Registration of land ownership. Types of contracts in land relations.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Writing reports practical work, oral examination, reference work (40%) • final control (50% control measure, exam), written-oral form (10%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The following methods are used to monitor students' learning outcomes in the course of current and semester controls: current control over the performance of tasks in laboratory classes, their defense, participation in the preparation and presentation of a group project, and a written control measure.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
