Learning outcomes: The study of the discipline involves the achievement of such a qualification level of bachelor's degree, for which he must:
a) know:
- the main capabilities of business intelligence platforms used in marketing and business management;
- rules and methods for building analytical reports, dashboards, monitoring information panels and storytelling to support decision-making;
- basics of organizing and conducting business research and business analysis;
- major international research and analytical companies, their specifics;
b) be able to:
- analyze consumer needs and identify target markets for innovative products;
- to analyze the life cycle of technology development, competitive analysis of technological solutions and their suppliers;
- seek and use the necessary results of research and analytics;
- make government decisions based on the use of modern analytical
tools;
- communicate with influential international analytical companies;
- use modern Business Intelligence technologies for information and analytical support of business
- have OLAP-technologies and Data Discovery technologies
- have the tools to generate analytical reports, dashboards and "messages" to support decision-making in marketing and business management.
