Мета вивчення дисципліни: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, during the development of the functional planning model of the designed object, the bachelor is able to: perform an analysis of natural, urban conditions, specify the location of the design area relative to the settlement, establish its standardized size; to formulate the basic principles of planning and organization of buildings; identify and evaluate the natural resources that the territory possesses and which are suitable for use in different types of activities, after which determine the target purpose of the development territory. The purpose of the course "Urban Planning Analysis" is to acquaint students with the essence, structure, methods and content of pre-project studies of design conditions.
Завдання: 1. Possession of the culture of thinking, ability to generalize, analyze, perceive information, setting a goal and choosing ways to achieve it. 2. Ability to use legislative, directive, normative, legal documents in his activity. 3. Possession of basic means, methods and methods of obtaining, storing, processing information 4. The ability to take into account the main aesthetic categories, the laws of architectural composition, ethnic, socio-cultural, economic, technological, natural and ecological principles and techniques construction 5. Knowledge of the main legal acts and reference materials in force standards and project norms, instructions and other regulatory documents in the fields of architecture and urban planning. 6. Ability to understand and take into account social, ecological, ethical, economic aspects that influence the formation of current and perspective decisions in the implementation of architectural and urban planning projects.
Learning outcomes: Integral competence (INT): ? Ability to solve complex design and planning tasks and solve problems in the fields of architecture and urban planning and landscape architecture. General competences (CG) ? Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and specialty. Professional competences of specialization (FCS) ? Implementation of documentation in the field of architecture and urban planning, namely at the stage of development functional-planning and volume-spatial model of the projected object; ? Apply knowledge of urban planning legislation and law in: design, layout contracts, execution of architectural and urban planning documentation and its completion at all stages approval of the concept and acceptance into the project design work. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program outcomes teaching: Knowledge (Knowledge) ?
