Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - knowledge of the theoretical principles of talent management in modern organizations. Students are expected to acquire following skills: - to apply the knowledge and skills in solving a wide range of talent management issues in the organization.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Bachelor Thesis Defence. Correctional: HR Branding Design and Development, Qualification Examination, Defence of Master Thesis.
Summary of the subject: The theoretical aspects of the "talent" concept and its role and importance in the organization. The main stages of the talent management in the organization. Recruiting in the context of the talent management. The motivation of talents. Staff development as a necessary component of talent management. The continuity formation in the organization. The talent management performance evaluation in the organization. Ukrainian and international practices of talent management in the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: In class learning (50%): individual written practical tasks, verbal questioning. Final exam (50%, exam): Testing, verbal component.
