Summary of the subject: The essence of the financial management. The legal and tax environment of financial management. Evaluation of financial statement of the company. Methodology of KPI. Determining the value of debt securities risk planning and profitability of enterprises. Capital components and evaluation Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). The CAPM Approach. Short-term financing. Capital budgeting decision rules and analysis of efficiency of investment companies.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30%): discussion, lab works and business cases; Final control (70%): exam (written component ((50%)) and discussion(20%)).
