Summary of the subject: The concept and place of business in the economic environment. International entrepreneurship and features of its functioning. Legislative regulation of business activities (entrepreneurship). The market as a business environment. Financial and credit support of business activity. Foreign economic activity of business. Business management of the enterprise: essence and components. Business model: types, construction and application. Fixed and working capital of enterprises. Human capital. Information and natural resources. Product cost and pricing policy. Product quality and competitiveness. Financial results and anti-crisis aspects of activity.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): written reports on laboratory work, oral examination, work in VLE of Lviv Polytechnic National University - Final control (70%): semester control (50%-written and 20%-oral component)

Summary of the subject: Reasoned choice of business ideas in accordance with influence of factors external and internal environment of the enterprise, Evidence-based construction of organizational structure chosen business management, The research results of production ,economic, financial activity in order to identify problems of the business, Forming alternative measures to solve the identified problems. Investigating effective management solutions for business development. Course project implemented by the software Diamond FMS, which allows conduct financial analysis for the company belong ti pre-information database, analyze the differences, build schedules and prepare a forecast for the next time period.
Assessment methods and criteria: final control- credit (100%) written and oral form of examinating.
