Ability to use modern software and information and communication software in the field of business administration management; 9. Ability to manage costs in the activities of business structures on the basis of finding areas and reserves for their optimization. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: 1. Design effective management systems for organizations; 2. Plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections; 3. Organize and carry out effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context; 4.
