Learning outcomes: • ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to organizational management and administration (by economic activity), principles, laws, technologies, methods of organization management, decision-making, leadership and management styles, conflict resolution features in the process of solving problems in professional activity; • ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics to effectively manage entities in a market economy; • to integrate and use the obtained theoretical knowledge on practice to solve administrative problems in management of different types of organizations; • to use management techniques to form business relationships of business subject with the state, private and public institutions, that serve it; to use resources of organizations, that provide organizational, technical, informational, analytical, financial and credit services of business; • ability to use modern information and communication technologies for effective communication on professional and social scale; • ability to produce creative ideas, develop and manage innovative projects, perform professional tasks independent and collectively.
