Learning outcomes: 1. ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk; 2. to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation; 3. to plan, organize, control and manage innovation activity at all levels of the economy, to use modern mechanisms to motivate staff in innovation activity sphere; 4. ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions; 5. ability to aware needs of lifelong learning, to enhance acquired and to acquire new professional knowledge; 6. ability to produce creative ideas, develop and manage innovative projects, perform professional tasks in independent and collectively ways.

Summary of the subject: The essence of the changes in nature and in open social and economic systems (their relationship). Organizational excellence - the basis of organizational change. Training and change. Person and change. Types of competencies. Behavioral, cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic and psychological approaches to change. Manage your and other people's changes. Types corporate teams. The influence of individuals on the dynamics of the team. Models and approaches to organizational change. Managers and leaders: common and different. Evaluation of resistance to change. Development of recommendations to reduce resistance. Teams restructuring. Integration and change in organizations. The reasons for consolidation and acquisitions. Advantages and disadvantages of different organizational structures and associations. Basic principles for successful change in corporate culture. The role of IT management in organizational change.
Assessment methods and criteria: • practical tasks completion, oral quiz (30%) • final examination (differentiated test): written form (70%)
