Learning outcomes: To substantiate marketing decisions at the level of the market subject with the use of modern management principles, approaches, methods, techniques. Use the methods of marketing strategic analysis and interpret its results in order to improve the marketing activities of the market entity. Be able to form key competencies, identify and justify their impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise, plan the development of key competencies of the enterprise. Operate with modern methods of valuation of the business model of the enterprise.

Summary of the subject: Enterprise business model: evolution and classification. Formation of the enterprise business models. Models of the business associations in Ukraine. Modern organizational forms and models of international business. Business models of TNCs on the world market. Business modeling technology. Outline business model. Business models and external sources of funding for creative startups. Business model life cycle management.
Assessment methods and criteria: current control (30%, laboratory work, verification work) final control (70%, differentiated test)
