Завдання: Tasks of the academic discipline
The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies:
general:
1. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis of new ideas when acting in non-standard situations, criticality and self-criticism when analyzing these ideas.
2. Ability to plan and implement plans, work in a team, using interpersonal skills, motivating people on the way to a common goal, acting socially responsible and consciously.
3. Skills in using information and communication technologies, implementing computer programs and using existing ones.
4. Have the skills to develop and manage projects to ensure a high level of efficiency in the implementation of various types of projects in the subject area
professional:
1. Ability to perform and analyze economic calculations of the cost of construction objects and networks.
2. The ability to identify, analyze and evaluate influencing factors, form criteria for evaluating the development of the enterprise's production processes, determine and forecast the strategic prospects of the enterprise's functioning.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the conceptual-methodological and methodical-applied principles of economic activity of enterprises in construction;
4. The ability to forecast and be able to assess the economic feasibility of the construction of buildings and engineering structures at the design stage.

1. The ability to carry out an analysis of the current state and directions of effective development of innovative technologies for the production of construction structures, products and materials, to develop and manage enterprise development projects;
2. In-depth knowledge of the availability and application possibilities of existing software products in the field of economic analysis of the enterprise, management of production processes, in the field of calendar planning, cost determination and accounting and resource management in construction.
3. Use economic analysis in the planning of construction, improvement, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of urban areas and objects of the urban economy, use methods of investment evaluation of urban planning objects and urban areas that are subject to reconstruction
4. To carry out a technical and economic assessment of the existing ones, to make an estimate of the construction and operation of the designed structures of the water supply and drainage systems of settlements, to determine the cost of water supply to consumers and sewage disposal of the settlement.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
1. Know the basic principles of economic analysis of construction production and construction industry enterprises, theoretical and methodological bases of management and marketing;
2. Be able to determine the cost and price of construction products in modern market conditions,
3. To be able to carry out an economic analysis of the economic activity of construction and assembly organizations;
4. To have the skills of using software products in determining the cost and planning of construction, the skills of forming organizational and production structures of construction enterprises and determining the economic efficiency of their activities.
5. To have knowledge of the key concepts of management and marketing, of regularities and modern forms of development of business entities, to acquire skills in strategy development and business planning of economic development of the enterprise, development of investment projects;

Summary of the subject: The purpose of the discipline is the formation of students' knowledge and the ability to analyze the efficiency of construction at various stages of the life cycle, which provide them with an economic assessment, an assessment of the efficiency of construction production and the efficiency of the activities of construction and installation organizations, the ability to assess the competitiveness of construction products and the ability to effectively manage construction organizations.
The main tasks of studying the discipline are: instilling in students knowledge about the possibilities of modern information technologies in the field of construction production, and the skills of their use for determining the cost and economic evaluation of construction objects, for effective planning of production processes and assessment of their resource provision, management of production and economic activities construction enterprises. As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should: acquire skills in analyzing the factors influencing the parameters of the economic development of the enterprise; acquire the ability to evaluate the enterprise; master knowledge of key concepts, regularities and modern forms of development of business entities, acquire skills in strategy development and business planning for economic development of the enterprise, development of investment projects; to acquire the ability to assess the resource potential of the enterprise. To acquire skills in calculating the cost of construction objects, taking into account the replacement of resources, technologies and methods of production, formation and optimization of the resource management model of production and economic activity of construction enterprises.

Contractual prices in construction. The economic fundamentals of building design. The organization as a management object, concept, task and functions of management. Characteristics of general management functions. Methods of management and decision-making. Information in management and communication in management. Management and leadership in the organization. The essence of marketing, its modern concept. The concept of marketing analysis. Product and pricing polisy in the marketing system. Marketing strategies and competitiveness. Organization and control of marketing activities.
Assessment methods and criteria: • fulfillment control work, oral examination (50%)

Current control is carried out using a rating system for evaluating success
- evaluation of the performance and defense of Individual calculation (control) works (correctness of calculations, correctness of conclusions and recommendations; correctness, completeness and conciseness of the answer during the defense of the work).
Final control - assessment is carried out in the form of a test and an oral survey.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
