– To search for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes and equipment for the chemical substances and based materials manufacturing, to systematize, analyze and evaluate relevant information. – To organize own and collective activity at the industrial manufacture conditions, design divisions, and research laboratories, to define the goals and effective ways of their achievement, to motivate and teach the personnel. – To evaluate the technical and economic characteristics of research, development, technology, and chemical manufacture equipment results. – To communicate fluently, verbally, and in writing in the state and foreign languages to discuss and present the professional activities, research and projects results. – To develop and implement chemical technology and related interdisciplinary projects, taking into account social, economic, environmental and legal aspects. – To search in the scientific and technical literature, patents, databases, and other sources for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes, and chemical equipment for the chemical substances and based materials manufacturing, to systematize, analyze, and evaluate the relevant information.
– The clear and unambiguous communication of one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students.
