Learning outcomes: to know : - types of secondary energy resources and their characteristics; - possibility of secondary energy resources and problems during their use; - structure and principle of plants for use of secondary energy resources; - technology of use secondary energy resources; be able to: - to prove the feasibility of using a particular installation of secondary energy resources use; - to make thermal and power scheme using secondary energy resources; - to make a technical and economic analysis of the use of secondary energy resources.

Summary of the subject: The development of the energy sector of Ukraine. The current state and prospects of development using secondary energy. The calculation of fuel economy. The energy efficiency and exergic heat of the combustion products at the output of the combined installation. Systems for internal and external use heat industrial gases. The use of secondary energy resources with low potential. Combination of energotechnological and complex plant. Technological and cyclonic power technology installation. In Energy efficiency and of secondary energy resources energotechnological combination. The use of thermal secondary energy resources in heating systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports on practical works, oral questioning (30%) • final control (control measure - test): written form (70%)
