Learning outcomes: • know classification of theory of systems problems; theoretical foundations of construction and research methods of linear continuous and discrete models of systems; methods of solving problems of theory system; • be able to build models of dynamic systems; assess the current state of systems to predict their evolution; form the "inputs" that provide the required behavior of systems; • be aware of the main directions of development and prospects of the main provisions of mathematical modeling of systems
Required prior and related subjects: • mathematical analysis, • algebra and geometry, • differential equations, • complex analysis
Summary of the subject: classification of theory of systems problems; the systems approach, analysis and synthesis; mathematical methods of solving systems theory problems; basic concepts of mathematical theory of systems; mathematical classification of systems; general methods of constructing mathematical models of systems theory; investigation of mathematical models «input-output» and «input-state-output» of discrete and continuous dynamic systems
Assessment methods and criteria: • oral examination at workshops, two control tests: (40%), • final control (60%, exam): writing form (60%)
