Learning outcomes: - knowledge of scientific concepts, theories and methods required for the formation of economic management system of organizations in the context of globalization and informatization; - ability to demonstrate basic knowledge in the field of strategic, operational, innovative, anti-crisis, financial, investment, anticipative, creative management of organizations and their units; - ability to identify the skills of finding, collecting and analysing information, calculating indicators to justify management decisions; - ability to use modern methods and means of formation of innovative strategies and increase of competitiveness of organizations; ability to demonstrate the situation analysis and communication skills in different areas of the organization's activity; - the ability to solve practical economic problems in the process of managing the competitiveness of an innovative tourism organization, which involves the application of appropriate methods, tools and models; - ability to demonstrate skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, to be critical and self-critical; - communication of information, ideas, problems, decisions and own experience in the field of professional activity to specialists and non-specialists.

Summary of the subject: Search literature for the topic of master's work. Formulation of goals and objectives of the master's study. Identify the object and subject of the study. Preparation of presentation and presentation on the theoretical part of the master's thesis. Definition of economic-mathematical model for solving problems of master's work. Preparation of materials for printing, preparation for review, forwarding of materials

Assessment methods and criteria: - written reports on laboratory work, oral examination, presentation, presentation of abstracts (60%) - final control (credit): written-oral form (40%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) corresponds to a comprehensive systematic and deep knowledge of the program material; assimilation of information from the lecture course, basic and additional literature; clear mastery of the conceptual apparatus, methods and tools provided by the program; the ability to use them correctly to solve both typical and atypical problem situations; • The grade "good" (71-87 points) corresponds to the knowledge of the main program material; assimilation of information from the lecture course; possession of the basic conceptual apparatus, methods and tools provided by the program; the ability to use them without error to solve typical situations, making individual mistakes; • The rating "satisfactory" (50-70 points) corresponds to ignorance of the basic program material; mastery of certain concepts, methods and tools, making significant mistakes when using them. • The rating "unsatisfactory" (0-49 points) assumes that the student does not understand the essence of the questions and does not know the basic concepts of the course.
