Summary of the subject: SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT IN THE LANDSCAPE ENVIRONMENT. Object of design "in the masses" in the context (structural levels "Plot - Building"), in aspects: compositional and urban; functional and urban. Design materials: layout of the designed area in context; schemes of pre-design (system) analysis (natural-aesthetic; compositional-urban; natural-climatic; functional-urban); schemes of institution systems (compositional-town-planning and functional-town-planning structure; life support); general plan of the recreation facility; sections on the projected object on the site; 3D-image of the institution (bird's eye view). Designed object "in detail" on the site (structural levels "Building - Block"), in aspects: compositional and spatial; functional and communication. Design materials: schemes of systems of the designed object (compositional-spatial and functional-communication structure; life support); level plans, cross-sections of the multifunctional body, 3D images of the design object (from a human point of view).
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (3 clauses, review) - with 30 points; Course project (1 sheet A0) - with 70 points; Differentiated test (total) - with 100 points.

Learning outcomes: The study of the discipline is aimed at obtaining the following learning outcomes: knowledge of state design and sanitary and hygienic standards in the field of design of recreational facilities, to carry out pre-project analysis, calculations, search, sketch design of recreation in a valuable landscape environment; understand the techniques and methods of architectural measurements and design, in accordance with the requirements of applicable standards and specifications. The student must also acquire such competencies - Knowledge of professionally oriented disciplines of specialty 191 Architecture and Urban Planning - Knowledge of state design and sanitary and hygienic standards, on the basis of which are carried out before the design analysis, calculations, search, sketch and working architectural and urban design. - Knowledge and understanding of techniques and methods of architectural measurements and design, in accordance with the requirements of current standards and specifications; - Knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of architecture and urban planning; General: - Possession of a culture of thinking, the ability to generalize, analyze, perceive information, set goals and choose ways to achieve it. - Ability to find organizational and managerial solutions and be ready to take responsibility for them, have the skills of professional communication, interaction with other people, the ability to work in groups. Summary of the subject: The discipline in a logical sequence outlines the main methods of pre-project analysis: urban planning and analysis of natural features of the environment, its relief and landscape. The sequence of organization of the process of architectural design in compliance with its main stages - the analysis of the original data-sketch-idea, sketch of the master plan, design drawings, layout. The practical classes emphasize the importance of mastering the skills of independent development and presentation of the author's design solution. The principles of solving the functional scheme are considered, taking into account the conditions of the natural environment, climatic factors, location and set of services that the recreation facility will offer. The project task involves the development of sketch options and making the optimal compositional solution; modeling and depiction of the general plan of the complex with detailed elaboration of the landscape component and separate functional zones (recreation, parking, entrance zone). Considerable attention is paid to getting acquainted with the world trends in the design of landscape recreation facilities.

Section of the site with designed structures in the landscape environment performance (1:500, 1:200).
