Learning outcomes: Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and specialty; • Ability to communicate effectively at the professional and social levels. Ability to communicate in writing and orally in Ukrainian and English (or other) languages; • Skills in the use of information and communication technologies, implementation of computer programs and use of existing ones; • Ability to professionally present the project - to report on the essence of the project and be its opponent, to make a review, to explain certain provisions of the project at public hearings at various levels and town-planning councils; • Ability to conduct business communications, knowledge of the subject area and understanding of the profession.

Summary of the subject: The bachelor's qualification work has a generalizing character, as it is a kind of result of student preparation. The project-graphic part shows the possibilities of implementing the obtained theoretical provisions into specific project proposals. The composition, scale of the drawings, their compositional arrangement are agreed with the supervisor. Submission of materials on tablets should have a logical order and develop in a structured way from highlighting the relevance of the issue to ways to solve it. The project proposal should be based on the characteristics of the existing conditions of the site and the architectural environment of the part of the city where the design of the object, as well as based on the typology of the object. Oral defense should be clear, concise, and fully cover all aspects of the student's work.
Assessment methods and criteria: According to the ECTS system for the performed qualification work and its oral defense.

Summary of the subject: A. Composition of the bachelor’s qualification work.
1. Bachelor's qualification work consists of graphic part of the design and explanatory note. Graphic part is equivalent to 4 square meters, and explanatory note - 25 pages A4. The project consist of: situational plan (1: 1000) master plan (1: 500) plans, facades and sections designed building (1: 100, 1: 200) and detailed structural intersection of the wall (M 1:50 , 1:20) and a fragment of the interior. Text part should include: explanation and description of the project; all images shown on the drawing boards (graphic part of the project) and layout of the exposure (A-3).
2. Scale model or 3 D animation of the design object.
3. Execution of the adjacent chapters (economical part and civil security).
4. Supervisor’s review
5. Review of the external reviewers.
The procedure of defence.
6. Speech (5 minutes).
7. Announcement of the reviews.
8. Supervisor’s speech
9. Questions and discussion.
10. Evaluation by the Board of Examiners.
11. Announcements of the grade by the Chairman of the Board of Examiners.
